i ve graduated on 2000, worked as an anesthesia resident in my home country for 2 out of 4 years the shifted to forensic medicine and clinical toxicology and had master degree in 2007 and still working in this field till now and in my way to have my doctoral degree USMLE 91,97, pass. step1,2,cs respectively all first attempt but no US exp or US LOR do i have chances in anesthesia, obgyn or IM i've applied to about 100 programs and no interviews till now

Anesthesiology and OBGYN are very difficult to get. You should have a good shot at IM, however I am not sure how many programs you applied in this specialty. If you applied to 70-80 IM programs, you should have gotten some interviews by now.

i dont have that much as most require us exp or/and recent grad, what about pediatrics

I am not sure how to advise you based on your 2 digit scale because the scale keep changing . (For step 2 taken after 2012 242 was 84 in two digit. so tep2 taken long time ago and had 90s are different nowdays from 90s taken recently.)
I heard my friend scored 254 and it was still 88....ridiculous.

Good news is that now only 3 digit is reported to the programs, so they have no idea about the 2 digit scores.

2011 charting outcome by AAMC said candidates who matched into peds had average score of step1 222, step 2 234.
